One of my Local Authority clients has reached out with an URGENT requirement for a general practice surveyor for an initial 6 month period. Local Authority experience is essential, must also be MRICS!
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- The ability to manage property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Property management skills to carry out various rent reviews and lease renewals - commercial properties.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices relating to property management.
- General Estates Management.
- Disposal of properties
