Local authority in the Staffordshire area are currently looking for a property compliance administrator for an initial period of 6 months.
As the compliance administrator you will be responsible for monitoringcompliance standards across various areas including health and safety, fire safety, asbestos management, gas and electrical safety and environmental regulations. Working closely with other teams within the council, you will also work with contractors and stakeholders to help maintain a safe and legally compliant property estate for the council.
18 - 22 an hour
37 hours per week
