Your leadership will be crucial in managing the Property team to ensure smooth operations, supporting Relationship Managers, and resolving resident issues proactively.If you're ready to inspire and lead a team to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, uphold property standards, and contribute to the overall success of our neighbourhood, we want to hear from you!

  • Lead and manage the Property team to deliver exceptional customer service and resident experience
  • Drive high standards of property management and resident satisfaction across all platforms
  • Inspire, mentor, and coach the team to achieve outstanding performance against all KPIs
