- Lead and manage the Property team to deliver exceptional customer service and resident experience
- Drive high standards of property management and resident satisfaction across all platforms
- Inspire, mentor, and coach the team to achieve outstanding performance against all KPIs
- 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays (discretionary additional day at Christmas). Days off in lieu if work a weekend or Bank Holiday
