Role Overview:
EKFB is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the team at their Greatworth site located at Westminster Crescent, Brackley, NN13 7EY. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors at the reception desk, including managing visitor bookings.
  • Office Management: Procure and manage office consumables and supplies.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Manage booking of meeting rooms and oversee Microsoft Teams room management for the office.
  • Document Management: Support the quality, design, and construction teams by uploading and tracking the status of construction documents.
  • Correspondence & Systems Management: Handle document management using systems such as Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint, and CEMAR.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Management and Commercial teams as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and attention to detail in managing various tasks.
  • Strong organizational and collaborative working skills.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and communication tools (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint, CEMAR).
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
