A nationally leading law firm based in the city centre are seeking a dynamic Estates Assistant/ Receptionist to provide integral support across the organisation. Renowned for client-service and their innovative structures, the firm offers a fantastic working environment, ideal for an individual who enjoys taking ownership for their work.

You will be integral in maintaining resources and assisting the business in achieving its key objectives. In a team responsible for property strategy; space management; building maintenance and administration, the role of Estates Assistant will be extremely varied. It will primarily involve:

  • Providing an excellent client service internally and externally

  • Preparing incoming and outgoing post

  • Coordinating deliveries

  • Distributing office supplies

  • Administration of deeds and archiving

  • Dealing with repairs and breakdowns

  • Assisting with office moves and removal of furniture

  • Fire warden and first aid duties

  • Preparation of technical equipment

The successful Estates Assistant will assist with manual handling; will be IT literate and able to communicate at all levels, whilst also integrating within a sociable and friendly team. Ideally, you will have some facilities/maintenance experience behind you already alongside a flexible and proactive approach to your work. This role is full time, permanent and fully office based.
