The role is based onsite Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.Duties and Responsibilities of the Front of House Administrator role Include:
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming front of house service.
  • Support the wider business with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing meeting room bookings
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Preparing documents
  • Organising post
  • Providing secretarial support to various teams.

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
