Part Time Primary School Receptionist/Administrator (Mornings only)Based in Kitts Green, North Birmingham£13ph Your new companyA 1 form entry Primary School in North Birmingham is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 1pm, this is a maternity cover to start in September 2024.Your new roleThe role will working along side the Office Manager to provide reception and administration cover to a very busy school office. The role will entail signing in visitors, inputting registers onto SIMS, dealing with dinner monies and using adsum4. You will at times be required to deal with parents who can at times be difficult. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
