Overview
We have a great position available in the vibrant heart of Birmingham City Centre, just a couple of minutes away from New Street Station. We are looking for a warm, confident person with a friendly personality who is happy to work as a receptionist on a temporary placement. Would be perfect potentially for a graduate seeking a short-term opportunity or somebody with experience in customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and answering queries
- Keeping sundries stocked
- Clearing up after events
- Answering the telephone
- Taking booking enquiries
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Teamwork skills
- Confidence in dealing with guests.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- A welcoming personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
