Role: Reception (Temp-to-Perm)
Contract: 30th August - 4th September (Mon-Fri)
Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm
Pay: £12.00 per hour, paid weekly
Office Angels National Accounts, are looking for a receptionist to provide support to their client in Birmingham, B4 6AT.
We are looking for a front of house representative, who will work in a flexible, dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive way whilst demonstrating exceptional communication skills & high personal standards. The successful candidate will be required to provide an efficient & professional reception service whilst displaying exceptional attention to detail. You will represent our large client in a corporate environment, responding to any requirements as and when necessary.
Some duties to include:
- Greeting visitors.
- Managing post.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Greeting people on site.
