Secondary School Receptionist/Administrator Based in Great Barr, Birmingham£13.50ph Your new companyA busy secondary school based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist/Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. The role is initially til the end of the term but may potentially be longer. Your new roleThe role will be working in a very busy office to provide admin and reception support. The role will be providing administration support such as inputting data into SIMs. You will also be expected to cover a very busy reception when required. You will also assist in making attendance calls and chasing late pupils. Therefore you must be able to work under pressure and hold strong IT skills. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
