We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Senior Talent Aquisition Partner to join our energetic Human Resources team in South Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting recruitment strategies, managing talent pipelines, and supporting the broader HR team in aligning business and talent objectives.

Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies to meet organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Manage talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Implement new sourcing methods.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

Profile

A successful Senior Recruitment Business Partner should have:

  • A university degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner in a Head office environment.
  • Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player mindset with the ability to also work independently.
