We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator for a 2-month contract with a housing association in South Birmingham.
The role involves scheduling work for contractors, booking fire safety system surveys, and maintaining database accuracy.
Candidates should have social housing experience and administrative or coordinating experience in a compliance team.
Strong Excel skills are required, and the position offers a salary of £18-20 per hour.
Hybrid and flexible working hours are available for this role.

We are actively looking for a Compliance Coordinator to support a housing association in the South Birmingham area on an initial 2 month contract.

As the Compliance Coordinator you will be:

Supporting the compliance and building safety team to schedule work in for the contractors
Booking in work from the surveys conducted on the fire safety systems in the domestic properties
Imputing all data into the database to ensure all up to date with policies
Liaising closely with the housing team

Experience and qualifications:

Social housing experience
Administration or coordinating experience in a compliance team
Strong excel skills
