The Job Role
- Restaurant Manager within a superb branded high-end restaurant group.
- Run the day to day of the restaurant.
- A fast paced kitchen within a recently refurbished property
- A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
- Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 19 staff members.
The Requirements
- A strong background within restaurants, hotels or fresh food gastro pubs.
- A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
- A self-starter who relishes staff development
- Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site.
- A Restaurant Manager with a High volume background is desirable
