On offer is an exciting opportunity at a leading fresh produce supplier to UK supermarkets. This company is committed to delivering high-quality produce and exceptional service. As they expand, they are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage and grow key relationships with major supermarket clients.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at supermarket clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You will organize customer visits to suppliers and trade shows, showcasing our sourcing practices and product quality. Working closely with internal teams in sales, marketing, technical, and operations, you will negotiate volumes to match client demand and market trends. You will also seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, collaborating with supply chain and logistics teams to address any day-to-day changes in volume, shortages, and specifications.

This role would suit a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience with audits, spreadsheets, and ERP systems. You should be eager to take on responsibilities, enhance your skills, and contribute to the company's success.
