Business Development Manager - MGA

Attractive Salary + Bonus Scheme / Car Allowance

A Specialist Insurance Business who has their own MGA are looking for an experienced BDM to join the business due to growth. This opportunity will attract individuals who are driven, self-motivated and have the right approach.

Within this particular role, you will be responsible for managing the full panel of national brokers and look to develop said brokers with strategic growth. You will be part of an overall team of 7 however will be responsible for the development of the MGA business which predomianntly focuses within the UK SME space.

We are looking to speak to candidates who currently work as a BDM / Account Exec who have cross commercial lines experience and good relationships across the UK market. We will also consider some kind of underwriting background with the desire to be client facing / development focused.

You will have the flexibiltiy of home working / office flexibiltiy however will be expected to be out on the road building key relationships with brokers and also promoting the proposition.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary and package including a car allowance. A successful candidate with the right attributes and performance can also look forward to progression and development if they have ambitions to do so.
