They pride themselves on their commitment to customer satisfaction, innovation, and sustainable energy practices. As they continue to expand their client base, they are seeking a results-driven and new business focused Business Development Manager to join the team.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.  You will be pitching and demonstrating proprietary digital energy solutions in person or remotely.

- What you’ll do:
  • Research organisations and identify new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Build future sales by managing a pipeline of prospects through customer relationship building and market awareness.
  • Pitch energy solutions and build positive relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in order to close deals.
  • Identify new opportunities for sales campaigns and work with the Marketing team to execute.
  
Business Development Manager – What you’ll need:
  • Hunter mentality 
  • 3+ years of continuous experience in a BDM role
  • Previous experience of selling energy solutions is desirable
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering new business growth.
  • Strong sales and presentation skills, with an understanding of how to craft a compelling story to prospective customers.
  • Strong communication skills and honed negotiation skills with the confidence to make cold calls to businesses.
  • Result and Target driven – a very strong desire to meet targets.
Location – Remote

Salary - £40,000 - £49,000 DOE + car allowance and commission
