Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth? Our client, a specialist provider of Complex Care services for adults is looking for a Service Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our services. You will have previous experience of building strong relationships with local authorities, NHS Trusts (ICBs & TCBs)
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business opportunities across the UK, expanding our clients profile with ICBs, local authorities, and TCPs.
- Identify and complete tender process secure new care package referrals
- Work closely with the wider team to scope, cost, and smoothly transition new business wins.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued business growth and retention.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Experience in business development within the healthcare, specifically complex care
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and sales growth strategies
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex data and financials
