Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth? Our client, a specialist provider of Complex Care services for adults is looking for a Service Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our services. You will have previous experience of building strong relationships with local authorities, NHS Trusts (ICBs & TCBs)

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business opportunities across the UK, expanding our clients profile with ICBs, local authorities, and TCPs.
  • Identify and complete tender process secure new care package referrals
  • Work closely with the wider team to scope, cost, and smoothly transition new business wins.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued business growth and retention.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Experience in business development within the healthcare, specifically complex care
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and sales growth strategies
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex data and financials
