We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience selling 'Building Envelope' related products to Contractors and Architects.
The role involves working for a growing company that specializes in roofing membranes, modular building technology, facade fixing solutions, and fenestration products.
The successful candidate will primarily work in the field, with one day a week at the company headquarters, supported by an internal sales team.
Candidates should have a proven track record in selling Building Envelope, Facades, or Cladding construction products to contractors and developers, with a focus on the Midlands and North of England.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £70k to £80k, depending on experience, along with benefits including 23 days holiday, a contributory pension, a company car or car allowance, and an annual bonus based on performance.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has sold "Building Envelope" related products into Contractors & Architects.

You will be working for an established & growing company that manufactures & sells one piece roofing membranes, modular building tech, Facade fixing solutions & fenestration products.

Supported by an internal sales team, who will be making appointments with established & new clients, the successful candidate will be based in the field with 1 day in the company HQ.

You will be selling the full range of solutions to Main Contractors, Developers, Façade & Building Envelope specialists , predominately across the Midlands & North of England with occasional trips into London.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of selling Building Envelope / Facades/Cladding construction products into construction contractors & developers.

The successful candidate will benefit from a basic between £70k-£80k ( Dependent Upon Experience) , 23 DH holiday +BH, Contributory pension and a company car or car allowance. There will also be a annual company bonus based on company performance.
