This is all about getting additional business and vacancies into four locations for servicing. Each Branch will fulfil your promises and you will work with the BMs to ensure this is collaborated and executed in a professional and positive manner.
As aBusiness Development Manager, you must be able to demonstrate key skills to map and seek out the best vacancies , negotiate rates and percentages, build sustainable and long terms relationships and ultimately gain repeat business based on successful solutions been provided overall.
This opportunity is a hybrid position with autonomy, trust and will also offer no two days the same. You can blend office working, home working and client visits as appropriate and you will manage your own activity and diary accordingly.
If you are confident in your own ability to help increase the temp numbers for each branch whilst also securing multiple permanent vacancies we would like to hear from you.
You MUST drive, have a car and demonstrate a stable and impressive career to date which clearly demonstrates sound sales / Business Development abilities, always been a step ahead of their competition.
