Are you a Key Account Manager who has experience within power and distribution? If so our client based in the Midlands, a leading manufacturer of Power Transformers are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to support their growth and manage a number of accounts in the Midlands. It is essentially you come in with transformer experience and a little black book of clients.
Key Account Manager / Power Transformers / Electrical Distribution /
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management database accurately and in a timely manner and produce a monthly sales report
- Promote and develop corporate image and reputation and contribute to overall business development plan
- Oversee order progress with project engineers and update clients
- Utilise company CRM system to record activities and client information
- Promote a positive image of the business
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and provide the
- Managing Director with market activity feedback
- Where customers are comfortable, conduct face to face visits, alternatively arrange video calls.
- Develop lasting business relationships with new, current and previous clients
- Provide a Technical solution to the clients needs (in conjunction with Engineering when needed)
- Where required, attend trade exhibitions on behalf of the company
Specification Manager / Power Transformers / Electrical Distribution / KAM
The ideal candidate:
- Previous sales experience of High Voltage equipment
- Strong technical knowledge supported by Electrical qualifications
- Full driving license
- Enthusiastic
