The Business development manager will be committed and motivated to drive sales with a background in a freight forwarding company.

Main Duties:
- Building and maintaining new and current accounts
- Creating and developing new business opportunities (In person, via email and phone)
- To develop the sales team
- Tracking sales goals, meeting targets and pushing sales
Requirements:
- Experience in sales within freight/logistics industry - Internal or External
- Knowledge in Air Freight (Not essential)
- Experience in Road, Sea or Air freight operations
- Experience in sales management
- Full Current UK driving license
