Senior Account Manager PFI Schools

Senior Account Manager - PFI Schools - Coleshill - c65k plus package and bonus.

A very challenging position has arisen to manage 16 schools across Birmingham. Full TFM delivery across 4 BSF and 12 PFI2 schools which are 12 years old with a further 12 years left to run. The FM company also manages lifecycle, holding the fund for one and the SPV holding the other, with two SPV's managing the two contracts. The relationship with one is good, the other is more commercially challenging.

For this difficult contract with a P&L of 5m a year, you will need to have a strong understanding of PFI contracts and be a confident but compassionate leader, used to dealing with stakeholders and contractual challenges. You will have four direct reports and a total workforce approaching 200 staff.
