Trainee Commercial and Accounts Administrator Birmingham

Approach Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a leading new homes developer who are seeking a Trainee Commercial and Accounts Administrator to join their Commercial Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee or Junior Commercial or Accounts Admin to join an incredibly successful, energetic and passionate Commercial Team at their West Midlands office in Birmingham. This role reports to the Commercial Manager.

The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for supporting the commercial and accounts teams in their commercial management duties. You will eventually have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as and when you feel comfortable doing so.

Duties

  • Managing day-to-day processes for sub-contractors, including issuing payment reports, managing invoices, distribution, receipt authentication, and labour matrixes.
  • Monitoring insurance documents to ensure compliance, updating COINs, and maintaining the vendor registration database.
  • Conducting general administration and filing tasks, keeping company records up to date, filing of contract documents, and upkeep of the site and project records.
