The Role:As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our business. From managing accounts payable and receivable to preparing reports and assisting with payroll, you’ll support the finance team in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable
  • Reconcile customer payments and oversee accounts receivable
  • Assist with payroll and employee expense claims
  • Prepare regular financial reports and assist with month-end close
  • Support the finance team with administrative and data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
