  • Maintain accurate and organized bookkeeping records.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
  • Demonstrate initiative in managing daily tasks and solving problems.
  • Perform reconciliations, including commission calculations.
  • Manage the purchase ledger efficiently.
  • Raise and process sales invoices accurately.
  • Conduct balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Handle credit control with confidence and ensure timely payments.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • AAT qualified or part qualified is preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are paramount in this role
  • Knowledge/experience of Xero would be advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
