Are you a versatile and experienced teacher looking for a new opportunity in Great Barr?
Winner Education is seeking a qualified General Teacher to teach English, Maths, and Science at a secondary school in the area.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and Science across KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support
- Ensure students meet their academic targets
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Offer extra support for GCSE students where required
- Attend parents' evenings and school meetings when necessary
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
- QTS or a degree in a relevant subject with teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum in English, Maths, and Science
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Resilience, patience, and a passion for teaching
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment
