This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive and forward-thinking team, delivering high-quality teaching to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

  • Full-time ICT Teacher (QTS)

  • Location: North Birmingham
  • Start Date: January 2025

About the Role:As a qualified ICT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. You will be expected to inspire students, foster a love for technology, and ensure that they are well-prepared for their GCSEs. The role includes planning, assessment, and collaboration with other departments to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach ICT across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Provide a stimulating and safe learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s ethos
  • Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents

Key Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • A passion for teaching ICT and technology
  • Experience teaching ICT at KS3 and KS4 is desirable
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the success and wellbeing of students
