Zest Education are looking for a Maths teacher, to teach across KS3 - KS5, in a large secondary school, close to Birmingham city centre. The role will start in January 2025, full time, and will continue for a period of 8 weeks, for the right candidate this is likely to be extended.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A strong passion for the subject of Maths and experience of teaching Maths across GCSE and A Level
  • A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management

Both newly qualified Maths teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced Maths teachers will be equally considered for this role.

Rates of pay will vary dependant on experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are holding a recent Bachelors degree or recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum).
