Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to develop a love for learning.
Assess, track, and report on student progress, identifying and addressing any learning gaps.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement exciting and challenging lessons.
Support students in their preparation for GCSE exams and promote their academic growth.
Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum (KS3 and KS4).
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience teaching KS5 or GCSE preparation.
A creative approach to engaging students with diverse learning needs.
