- Key Duties: Teach a Year 6 class, prepare pupils for SATs, and support their transition to secondary school
- A degree and QTS (or be on track to achieve it by September 2025)
- Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum, including SATs preparation
- The ability to create an engaging and structured learning environment
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and professional development
- ECF-based training modules: Covering pedagogy, behaviour management, curriculum design, assessment, and professional conduct
- Observation and feedback sessions: Structured classroom observations with detailed feedback from your mentor and senior leaders
