As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children and young people to build self-esteem and accept themselves in a nurturing, non-judgemental environment.
• Making a significant difference in their lives by providing guidance and care tailored to their individual needs.
• Supervising and supporting residential workers, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
• Leading shifts and managing staff supervision, placement plans, policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Promoting and supporting childrens education, ensuring their development and well-being are prioritised.
• Building positive relationships with children, providing a safe and supportive environment.
