As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children and young people to build self-esteem and accept themselves in a nurturing, non-judgemental environment.

- Supervising and supporting residential workers, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
- Leading shifts and managing staff supervision, placement plans, policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
