The FlagshipStore Manager will be responsible for leading store teams through the day-to-day Retail focuses and delivering the Retail Strategy, focusing on commercial & operational excellence, customer & store experience, and creating the best place to work. You will always be looking for ways to drive continuous improvement and initiate new ways of working.

As an Flagship Store Manager You will:
- Drive sales growth through excellent people management and inspire the team to hit KPI's.
- Take ownership for driving the weekly retail trade meetings and set clear actions for short term trading initiatives.
- Maintain incredibly high standards of visual merchandising
- Lead Retail budget planning, ensuring that the store teams have clear targets and the right tools to deliver P&L success.
- Oversea people development programmes for you teams.
