Maybe you are currently a deputy manager looking for a new challenge?

I am currently working with a beautiful private nursery who are looking for a manager. The setting is one of the nicest nursery settings we have worked with! The team at the nursery are all very welcoming and are looking forward to welcoming a new manager on board. 

You must be at least level 3 qualified and be able to work using your own initiative. You must have a sound knowledge of the OFTSED, EYFS and Child Protection/Safeguarding procedure and enjoy working with children. You must also have strong leadership skills to ensure you get the best out of your team.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading from the front
  • Maintaining OFSTED standards
  • Rota management
  • Supervise, motivate, and encourage all staff members to be the best they can be
  • Support the core values of the business
  • Liaising with external suppliers

What you will need:

  • Level 3 in childcare or above
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Children’s Act
  • Passion for the early years sector
  • Deputy manager/manager experience
