We are looking for 7 caring and dedicated individuals to join our client as Residential Care Workers across Sutton Coldfield, Handsworth, Rugeley, and Smethwick!
Position: Residential Care Worker
Reporting To: Registered Manager
Salary Range: 22,308 - 27,849
Hours: Full-time, 163 hours per month
Location: x2 Sutton Coldfield, x2 Handsworth, x2 Rugeley, x1 Smethwick
What you'll do:
- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people in our care.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, shopping, and laundry.
- Help develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs.
- Be a positive role model and build trusting relationships with young people.
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment.
What you'll bring:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) is desirable, but not mandatory for all locations.
- A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle (this is a must)
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding children.
