As a Clinical Support Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage all operations in the HUB, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee service contracts to ensure compliance and correct billing.
- Utilise monitoring tools to enhance team performance and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and HUB protocols.
- Provide leadership and support for team members, handling complex calls and complaints.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline services and resolve issues.
- Monitor and guide the application of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related legislation.
