Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Health and Social Care to students at various levels, providing engaging lessons and real-world examples.
- Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure success.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Stay current with developments in the health and social care sectors and integrate relevant content into your teaching.
Requirements:
- A degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care at secondary or further education level is desirable.
- A passion for educating and motivating students to reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
