ABC Teachers are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a role in a lovely SEND school, specialising in Autism, starting in the New Year.

• 1:1 Support: Primarily working in-class with students who have Autism, tailoring support to their unique needs.
• Inclusive Environment: Adapting to individual needs to create a nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Collaborative Approach: Working closely with the class teacher to develop innovative strategies that support student progress.
• Flexibility: This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with ongoing opportunities for the right candidate. Flexible roles are also available.

• Specialism in Autism: The school is dedicated to supporting both primary and secondary-aged students with Autism and additional needs.
• Supportive Team: A dedicated and caring staff team committed to empowering students to achieve their full potential.
• Accessible Location: Conveniently located with excellent transport links from central and south Birmingham areas.

*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
