ABC Teachers is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a local Primary SEN school in Solihull.
This role involves providing tailored support to young students in both small group and one-on-one settings, helping them to achieve their full potential.
The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with children across different primary age groups who have a range of moderate learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health challenges.
 Your key responsibilities will include creating a nurturing learning environment, delivering personalised support, and fostering each child's academic and emotional growth. This is a full-time, ongoing position starting in September.

Requirements:
The ideal Learning Support Assistant will:
- Have previous experience working in an SEN setting, supporting students with diverse needs.
- Be adaptable and dependable, with a strong commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping children succeed academically and emotionally.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be able to provide suitable references, have a valid DBS check, and hold the Right to Work in the UK.
All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
