Your new companyAs commissioned by the ministry of justice, this company provides prison leavers with support with accommodation and reintegration back into society. Through partnering with probation services, they work nationally to offer such a service. Your new roleAs an Accommodation Advisor, you will provide tailored resettlement support to men in custody & under probation supervision in the community, with the aim of supporting them to overcome barriers to obtaining secure and stable accommodation. This support will be offered via group or individual interventions dependent on needs. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be shortlisted for this post, you will have experience of working within probation services and/or with ex-offenders, offering tailoring support around advice, guidance & signposting. You will confidently be able to assist under the guidelines directed by MoJ and your employer.Holding HMPPS enhanced level 1 vetting clearance is also desirable but not essential.You must hold a full UK driving licence and access to a car.What you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading organisation within the prison/probation service space.
