About the Safeguarding Team:The Safeguarding Team is at the forefront of protecting children and young people, working tirelessly to ensure their safety and well-being. As a Social Worker, you will:
Assess the needs and risks of children and families referred to the team.Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans.Work closely with families and multi-agency professionals to provide tailored interventions.Participate in case reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.Advocate for children and young people in legal and professional settings.
What You Bring:To succeed in this role, you'll need:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Current registration with Social Care England.Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures, child protection legislation, and assessment frameworks.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
