- Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
- Must hold a recognised CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) qualification.
- Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships within Housing or Business Services as a minimum – coupled with occupational competency within the Housing Sector (Social Housing)
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Housing and Property Management (up to Level 4, if competent to do so).
- Conducting remote observations with learners, to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
