Role: Housing Officer

Salary: £35,000/annum

The role of Housing Officer will see you support the delivery of housing management services whilst promoting community involvement and empowerment.

Key duties include:

  • Manage a range of tenancy types and leases
  • Investigate all cases of ASB in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Complete comprehensive tenancy audits and timely tenancy reviews
  • Investigate effectively and sensitively all tenancy management cases received
  • Conduct face to face interviews with customers on a diverse range of issues

The ideal candidate will have a positive "can do" attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and good time management l are also desired. Good IT skills and a Full UK Driving license are essential.
