Salary: 11.44 per hour

- Must have a valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Role Summary:
Provide personalised care to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and well-being. Tasks include personal care, emotional support, skill development, medication assistance, and light household duties. Training is provided for specialised support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Meal Preparation: Support with planning, cooking, and feeding if required.
- Medication: Help clients take prescribed medications.
- Household Tasks: Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Companionship: Emotional support and engagement in social activities.
- Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments and social events (valid driving license and vehicle required).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in adult care.
- Education: Care Certificate or NVQs in Health & Social Care preferred.
- Attributes: Empathy, patience, strong communication, and adaptability.
- License: Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
