Monarch Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment and education to support the growth of our education recruitment team.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be integral to sourcing and engaging top talent for schools across the UK, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest quality of service to our clients and candidates. You will work closely with our consultants to identify, screen, and place education professionals in both teaching and support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.

  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles within the education sector.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure all candidate information is current and accurate.

  • Supporting the Recruitment Team: Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure a seamless recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to job placement.

  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interview logistics and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring excellent communication throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proactive and driven, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • A keen interest in the education sector and recruitment.

  • Familiarity with recruitment software or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
