We are seeking a driven and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the launch of our clients new, community-focused independent fostering agency in the West Midlands. This is a unique opportunity to build an agency from the ground up, working closely with the Responsible Individual and shaping the future of fostering care.
The Orgnaisation:
They are a newly established independent fostering agency in the West Midlands, driven by a personal commitment to provide culturally sensitive and high-quality care for children in need. They are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on young lives and creating a supportive environment for both foster carers and children.
The Role:
As Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing the agency, securing Ofsted registration, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing policies, building a strong team, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the Ofsted registration process and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of foster carers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local authorities and other partners.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Responsible Individual throughout the agency's development.
  • Contribute to marketing and recruitment strategies to expand the agency's reach.
  • Monitor financial performance and participate in business planning.
