Our client is seeking an experienced Azure Platform Manager to join their team and lead the management of their Azure cloud environment.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Azure cloud services, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and securing resources such as compute, storage, and networks.
  • Optimize Azure costs by monitoring usage, generating forecasts, and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Automate cloud operations using Azure-native and non-native tools, ensuring consistent and efficient platform management.
  • Provide administrative support and troubleshooting for Microsoft cloud services such as Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Ensure timely updates to incident tracking systems with status and progress reports.
  • Execute disaster recovery procedures during severe incidents and lead regular rehearsals to ensure readiness.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft Azure environments and related cloud technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud automation tools, security best practices, and governance.
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud services such as Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and triage incidents effectively.
  • Experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation for cloud services.
