This is a full-time opportunity to make a real difference-supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis within a nurturing and well-resourced setting. The school is warm, welcoming, and committed to inclusive education.

- Provide tailored support to pupils within the resource base
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets
- Support learning through structured interventions and sensory activities
- Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and social skills
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
We are looking for:
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs (ASD, speech & language needs, or complex learning difficulties preferred)
- Strong understanding of primary-aged pupils and early learning development
- Calm, patient and adaptable approach
- A team player with a passion for helping children thrive
