This role requires a qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or equivalent experience) and a proven track record of supporting children with a range of needs.Job Role:

Overseeing the SEND provision across the school.
Supporting teachers and Teaching Assistants to deliver effective interventions.
Liaising with external agencies, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Writing and reviewing EHCPs and IEPs, ensuring tailored support is in place.
Leading and delivering staff training on best SEND practices.
Monitoring student progress and making data-driven decisions to improve support strategies.
