- Overseeing the SEND provision across the school.
- Supporting teachers and Teaching Assistants to deliver effective interventions.
- Liaising with external agencies, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Writing and reviewing EHCPs and IEPs, ensuring tailored support is in place.
- Leading and delivering staff training on best SEND practices.
- Monitoring student progress and making data-driven decisions to improve support strategies.
- A flexible, part-time role (2 or 3 days a week).
